UndreamedPanic if your reading this, you should mention that the save swap is not only for the people that already played but for everyone including the new players/downloaders of your game. That is whats causing so many people to have the pressing new game error
why in the world does this game brick my 3060ti to 100% constant in just the start of the game where u scroll through text while picking character and naming myself
I am having some issues when launching. I ma playing on a laptop an the problem might be that it is not powerful enough. I cannot lower the resolution because I can't start the game at all.
just a quick question does pokemon gamma emerald have plans to made a GBA port download for this i would love to put this on a gba cartrige one day if possible absolutely loving the game so far
I'm not sure if it's incomplete, buggy, or what, but the move pools/learned is TERRIBLE. Way too many of my pokemon don't know even ONE STAB move at levels 30+
I want to start off by saying this is a very impressive and ambitious project and I'm really excited to see where it goes.
But I think even for a standalone demo you've released it too early as there are too many things that just don't work. I've had multiple attempts at getting this to play and keep hitting various brick walls
1) Save games. Respawning to previous saves is quite annoying considering the level curve early on. But in addition to this my game does not seem to be overwriting the previous save so whenever I'm knocked out I lose all progress from the first save onwards.
2) Switch menu issue. Accidentally clicking check summary makes the game unplayable as the menus do not clear.
3) Following Pokémon aren't appearing in battle for me but Pokémon thrown from Pokeballs do. Is there a missing animation perhaps? The Pokémon also spawns on the same tile as me post-battle which can stop me moving
4) Heal items not working - I've found that selecting 'close bag' works. It doesn't close the bag but does allow you to then select your potion correctly afterwards.
5) The default position in battle menus seems to be inconsistent. On the battle screen the default should be fight, for me it's often Bag or Pkmn. When using the bag in-battle you ought to go straight to the last used item, for example when you need multiple balls to catch a Pokémon.
I really hope these can be fixed and it all fleshed out to an original game though, because I'm in love with the art style and a lot of the design/QOL choices. In particular the battles feel really dynamic in a way that going back to the old 2D games don't, your move animations are really cool and the camera angles work really well also.

Cut your Saved folder, \Windows\PokemonEmerald\Saved and place it in C:\Users\User(your pc)\AppData\Local\PokemonEmerald and replace all
That should solve the problem on pressing new game

i got this bug where I can't escape grass patch as while pokemon keep coming even when i change my direction
Start a sprint once you finish the fight immediately it should help
the moment i press any direction button (especially right since right direction is the only way to go), the wild pokemon immediately appear
Do what senpaijackson told you, but immediatly when the battle end, while the game go black screen. Should work
oh now it half work,i can go to other direction now but still can't go to right side. (nevermind, it work now when i use keyboard) thank you guys

This is a demo for an incomplete fan game, obviously the move pools aren't entirely coded in.
