I hit this Rhyhorn so hard it crashes the game. Every time. I cannot proceed past this fight. My Marshtomp is that level because I struggled to leave a single patch of grass due to the insanely high encounter rate. I wasn't able to leave until I discovered I can move while the screen is still black as it transitions between battle and the map and won't trigger another battle in that time.
You can play games like this through wine stable, I'm just trying to figure out the fatal error others have been experiencing too, I should be able to play it on my macbook then too
Amazing work! But theres more problems who might should been fixed. One Of the early fight grunts does have 2 Pikachu´s lvl 20, might not a prob if u have marshtomb.. But its missing its sec. ground type. Second problem ive found if your switching to tms in the shop u cant close the shop or have an fatal error-> game crash. Besides that great work guys!
I'm having fun so far. But I stopped playing because there's too much bugs that are ruining my experience a little bit...
1. I'm playing with a controller (Xbox) and it keeps bugging. Sometimes it stops working and I have to quit the game, so it can work again. And I can't use the left joystick to move because it controls the volume?
2. Bugs while in combat like this one. At the start of the combat, everything would freeze and I have to quit the game. Or my pokemon appearing duplicated.
But again, I'm having fun and I'm aware this is a demo. Just wanted to help the creator to be aware of the bugs. I really want this game completed!
I'm feeling pretty dumb. I am trying to transfer my save file over to the updated version but for some reason it won't load my save. Can anyone help me out? I have both old and new folders on my desktop and assumed it would be an easy carry over.
I can't play the game at all anymore. I tried removing everything including save files, uninstalling and reinstalling, but I get an error when clicking on "New Game".
So I just got to the first spot with the shop and there was no way for me to exit the shop and after a few minutes of trying different buttons the game just froze with the music still playing in the background. But what i've got to play so far I'm loving
So i was able to get rhe game running smoothly throught launcher! Im hyped as hell to get into it tomorrow! Only thing i noticed was that my cpu and gpu usage were very high, like gpu was almost 100% and cpu was at 60%-70%. Just seemed a bit high for a game that not insanelt demanding graphics wise
BTW NEW UPDATE JUST WENT LIVE!!!!! IF YOUR SAVE IS GONE THE PATH WAS MOVED TOO C:\Users\<Username>\AppData\Local\PokemonEmerald\Saved MAKE SURE TO MOVE YOUR SAVE FOLDER THERE!!!!!!!!!
It's already the second time I start this wonderful game from scratch, of course, with a lot of difficulty, as there are several bugs. I am looking forward to the final version; even with the bugs in the demo, I love playing Pokémon.
Man, the trick is, when you get close to capture her, always save before, because the game crashes directly, but I'll warn you, prepare a lot of ultraballs, because she is very difficult to capture.
I'm having trouble even starting, I can't even get to the title screen, it's saying something about my RAM but i for sure have plently of RAM for the game to run without issue, someone lmk if they've had the same issue and how you've fixed it.
Playing this game makes me wonder what gamefreak is doing when one guy can make pokemon look so nostalgic yet so highly polished (graphics wise) and engaging again.
Unfortunately I run into an error where I cant leave the shop below the first tent every time I buy something. Without buying anything pressing B on my Xbox controller works. Only after buying ANYTHING I get trapped in the shop.

Version 94 won't load my previous save file even tho i dragged it over already to the new saved games folder
Same this most recent update won't register my save file from the last update.
For anyone who needs it: ~SHIFT~ plus ~TAB~ resets your game to your last save and resets the entire game to the original state

That Controller bug can be fixed with DS4Windows
Set it up and it'll be fixed.

I tried that. Still nothing.
Same it still won't work for me, I am going to keep playing on the previous version until this get's resolved...if it does.
I ended up starting over. I wasn't too far into it. I'm just being stubborn for having very high IV stat mudkip and beldum. It is what it is.

Got the same issue, my 2080 TI be hitting 100% usage going 80c° degrees, it dosnt even do that in Ultra Settings Cyberpunk

Two small bug reports:
1: The origin of the Combusken model is set wrong. It phases through the floor in the evolve and PC screen.
2: It is possible to run through the boulders up and down (without having the strength HM active)
