ambitious but you should focus on making the game stable before making it pretty, right now it's unplayable, settings keep reseting, starter glitching out of existence and hard locking the game, laggy... . sure the attacks are great but if you can't get into battle to use them it's useless. Insane potential tho.
Just finished the game! Very much enjoyed the visuals and the demo story that you provided. There are definitely bugs, as your message in game it is expected with the demo, but I'm looking forward to seeing this being polished and more than ready to play it when it is ready for release.
Anyone else got super buggy with Swablu? Trying to catch him, aerial slash will not let the battle advanced (it erased my battle hud) and sometimes baby-doll eyes gave me the same efect (against Yior).
dose anyone know if you can shiny hunt the free beldum you get at the start? i kinda want to try if its even posible if noone confirms or denyes it ill tell yall if i find one
I did and got blaziken still with ember at lvl 36 it's rough with these weak moves. Big part of pokemon is strategy and no pokemon has any abilities nor any good moves on lvl up
After having used astonish on a Wurmple the game stopped working, I am just stuck on this screen, along with Mudkip sometimes being completely invisible, then somehow Marshtomp learns Aqua Tail twice?
i for some reson dont have a single pokemon in my party at the start i still have a version of yesterday i think and i dont know how to update but im frustrated because it was a shiny starter i hunted for it i got it realy fast but still anoying
Just download the newest version and replace the files in the same folder. I did that and in my case my save was kept, but if you're worried, you can make a copy of the saves first.
i might wait for full release befroe playing sadly. i'm getting frustrated at the number of soft resets i've had to do due to yoir either being too hard to beat with all level 30 mons or it bugging out at lucario and freezing when i revive beldum. so i'll either wait for a higher demo version or until full release. other than the fustration i like the game so far, and i want to enjoy it but sadly can't at the moment. but i hope you continue to work on this! please don't abandon it due to negetive comments.
played this demo on stream tonight and it was a fun game, but definitely very buggy! i had to keep closing and reopening it, which set me back on my progress frequently. some of my biggest issues were:
1. when i first tried to play open it up (before stream) new game wouldn't open. after closing and opening again though it worked;
2. my pokemon would not lose their poison status even after fainting;
3. couldn't get my controller to work at all so i had to play entirely on keyboard despite controller being recommended;
4. the scaling of levels was really hard to manage. like the second grunt past the first delibird station had a level 18 vulpix? maybe thats just a skill issue on my part though lol.
it was quite fun but could use some work! please keep it up, i think you're doing amazing.

I was doing soft reset trying to get a shiny beldum but now whenever I soft reset and obtain the Beldum it is not registered in my team. I reinstalled the game about 2 times now and I still have the same issue
Hey ive tried connecting a ps5 controller, nintendo controller (not the 2 little ones tho), and a ps4 controller, none of them seemed to have worked with the game. Bluetooth worked fine with my pc but the game just doesnt seem to read it for some reason.
if using itch.io as your launcher download the itch launcher to your pc and then add it to steam library, then it should configure with whatever steam settings you have for controllers, might also have to add gamma emerald to steam
I'm sorry but i can't even get past the first route because 90% of the time a battle will just glitch and break the game making me have to alt f4 and go back to camp. I wana enjoy this game but the sheer number of bugs and broken core gameplay features and mechanics don't make this feel like it was worth the wait. this doesn't feel like a demo and more like something Patreon subscribers should have gotten to help play test and iron out bugs for the REAL demos release.
I was never able to do the boss battle after defeating these 2 and now they are stuck here and whenever I try to talk to them it gives me battle music and this text and then the game is frozen.
Absolutely love the game but unfortunately in its current state its not playable for me. Am softlocked as soon as I try to turn off the machines after meeting Hero for the second time.
Do enjoy and support the game but be prepared to lose all your pokemon. (All of my pokemon became corrupted at some point, may be a memory allocation issue)
Will be waiting for a more stable release. Keep up the great work!
This game looks fantastic and the concept is great! However, it is extremely buggy. If you're going to play this, make sure you save VERY frequently. I'm sure after a few patches, this game will be wonderful! p.S. Don't use astonish, there's about a 50/50 chance it will softlock you LOL. Overall, good start to this project!
I got a shiny torchic on my first attempt of the playthrough! Are the odds boosted in this version? I love the art style but I currently cant get past a battle without a bug so far, but this game has so much charm. I'm excited for updates
Absolutely gorgeous art style, graphics, animations, etc. There are definitely a good few bugs at the moment, which is obviously expected with a demo. I cannot wait to see the final product, and will be keeping up with everything.
Absolutely beautiful. I love the dynamic camera during battles and the shadows on the sprites. Unfortunately it keeps happening where a battle will begin and no pokemon or text appear so I'm kinda just stuck. No ability to soft reset either :/ I'm happy to stick around while the bugs are worked out because it will be worth it!!

I just realized that when I rest at a tent the Pokémon in my pc vanish.
I'm loosing them regardless if I'm at a tent or not my PC is just eating my pokemon

Yior is still too hard, just make it a losable battle is you want her to be that strong for the plot.
just train that's like the whole point of pokemon

i had to restart compleatly because my pokemon was just gone even when reloading so i deleted the old version compleatly

I've to say. Psyduck has Water Ring, Scratch and Tail Whip. But it hasn't learned any attack due leveling..

UndreamedPanic wouldn't be able to make any profit from Patron without Nintendo knocking on their door.
